In contrast to cPanel, with Hepsia you can have one hosting user account so as to moderate all your sites, files, electronic mail accounts, databases, top-level domain names, billing transactions and technical support tickets, and to check out your site stats (whereas cPanel demands an extra user account login for domain name and billing transaction management activities; sometimes even a third login is requested for the client support menu!!!). The multi-functional, drag and drop File Manager present in Hepsia will probably make the utilization of any FTP application pointless. The CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu Linux distributions are the OS choices presented with the dedicated web page hosting servers.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia web hosting Control Panel is a typical tool only when combined with the Debian Linux OS and comes for free. With Hepsia you can host unmetered hostnames in one web hosting user account. This is realizable because of Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager section. The other web hosting Control Panel platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable only in combination with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must use TWO autonomous accounts. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain registration/transfer/administration possibilities. If you choose Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web server, there will be no hosting CP option.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all offered hosting CP tools, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your TLDs under a single hosting user account. Unfortunately, the cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel interfaces do not present such functionality at all - there is no Domain Manager menu and hence they call for TWO different web hosting account logins: 1 domain name management/billing/support account and 1 website management account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will observe that the Hepsia CP supports Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated hosting web server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel tools are offered only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
